I talked before about the importance of helping students to know what to do by remembering how it feels, nice straight legs, as well as not splashing those feet and most importantly flippy floppy feet: but it can be hard to visualize these things when you can't look at your feet.
Here is a video that will let you visualize all those things except knowing how it feels.
That only a teacher can help with.
