Butterfly Swimming Technique Infografic: A Quick Overview Of The Stroke
I thought that this was really useful infographic on doing the butterfly swimming technique.
Me And The Butterfly Swimming Technique I hated learning butterfly stroke and to be perfectly honest it is still not my favorite stroke. So any information that I can glean to make it work better is welcome information.
I find that the biggest problem that most swim students face when leaning this stroke is that they tend to try to raise their arms too high out of the water. Thus there is way too much effort put into the arms and making it near impossible to get your kick correct.
Basically, when you do the stroke keep your arms as close to the surface of the water as you can without letting them skim across the water and things will become much easier.
Enjoy
Richard
