Fixes To Swim Smoother
In his article Paul from Swim Smooth points out two faults that are worth fixing if you want to become a smooth swimmer.
The second of the faults I have written about before thought Paul's comment are well worth reading.
The fist fault is quite subtle and needs some time spent on it to get it right.
I recommend this article to you even. If you are a novice swimmer then its worth reading to help you understand the importance of working on subtle problems and if you are a confident swimmer you need to read this if for no other reason than to remind yourself that no matter ow good you get there is always more to fix.
Enjoy
Richard
