Swimming Workouts In 40 Minutes: Info Graphic
Not only is it great for building muscle, but also it’s great for burning calories.
No matter what age you are, swimming is the ideal form of exercise as the buoyancy of the water means you only bear about 10% of your weight. That means you put less strain on your joints, muscles, and bones, putting you at lower risk of injury.

| Info Graphic SwimmingWorkouts In 40 Minutes |
This useful swimming workout is aimed at beginner and intermediate swimmers. It shows you how you can burn 300 calories doing just 40 minutes worth of exercise.
If you want to take it a step further, you can do an extra 30 minutes of a steady front crawl to burn an additional 250 calories. The great thing about swimming is that it is easy to adjust the workout routine to a level that suits you while still providing excellent results.
Enjoy
