Feel For The Water
The frustration that some new swimmers experience when they just can't get the hang of that stroke or kick or whatever it is, can make that skill seem like an insurmountably difficult.
One of the most profound lessons that I ever learned was that learning to swimming has a much to do with leaning about how your body works within water and the feeling that is associated with all that. Thus what I have said before when you are learning to swim you need to remember how it feels more than what you have to do.
This applies to all the motor actions you do in the water. You have to remember not only how your kick feels but your stroke as well as how your hands feel and how your body feels as it rotates through the water.
Enjoy
